This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at Radisson Blu - Islamabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and business communication.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Expand and maintain customer base through daily calls and meetings
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate/high rise projects
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
