We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our office in Johar Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Communication:
- Proactively reach out to inquiries via phone, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Engage potential customers through live chat support on our website, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timely assistance.
Customer Onboarding:
- Encourage potential customers to visit our state-of-the-art institute.
- Provide a comprehensive tour of our classrooms, facilities, and infrastructure, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Act as the face of the institute, creating a welcoming and informative environment for potential students and their families.
Sales & Conversion:
- Employ persuasive techniques to convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our course offerings and methodologies to effectively answer questions and address any concerns.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding campaign effectiveness and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and live chat tools.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
