Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

· Identify and prospect potential clients, including individuals, corporations, and other organizations interested in immigration services.

· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote our services and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

· Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the immigration or professional services industry.

· Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
