Business Development Executive

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Sialkot, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies. The Business Development Executive will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the services industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce would be beneficial
• Experience working with international clients would be an added advantage
