Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities:

 

Business Expansion:

Identify and explore new business opportunities for inbound and outbound call center projects.

 

Client Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

 

Market Research:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business growth areas. Analyze data to identify key market segments and target audiences.

 

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets by actively. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue.

 

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of the North American Market is a plus.
