Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through platforms such as UpWork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Think critically and outside the box to devise innovative sales approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
- Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of managing and maturing leads in UpWork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
