Overview: At CodeSuite, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for spearheading our business expansion, focusing on both enriching our sales pipeline and fostering company growth in the software development domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Implement effective outreach strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn, business directories, and freelancing platforms like Upwork to generate leads. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Product & Service Expertise: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our software services and products to convincingly convey their benefits to potential clients.
- Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Market Insight & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer needs, collaborating with the Marketing team for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Research & Analysis: Undertake detailed market research to identify high-potential prospects and develop effective market penetration strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Tech Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in software development and technology to understand client needs and market dynamics better.
- CRM & Analytics Tools: Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to track sales performance and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech or software development sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
