Responsibilities:
- Understand specialized services, Unique Selling Proposition (USP), and target audience to effectively present our offerings.
- Optimize, Maintain and Update Upwork profile with SEO-driven content.
- Monitor Upwork for relevant job postings in our niche.
- Generate tailored and compelling proposals for potential clients.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing queries, negotiating better rates, and providing additional information.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with potential clients to secure projects.
- Keep the team informed of progress, successes, and strategies.
- Continuously refine bidding strategy based on feedback and results.

Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in successful Upwork bidding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving monthly targets set by the Company.
- Ability to understand and align client requirements with our offerings.
