Description:
We are seeking Some motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to help us expand our client base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal customers. The role will require a combination of cold calling, email marketing, lead generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Upwork bidding to generate opportunities and secure new business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Prospecting:
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential clients.
Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
Tailor pitches and presentations to meet the needs of prospects.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging and relevant email content to nurture leads.
Monitor email campaign performance and make adjustments for optimal results.
Lead Generation:
Use various online and offline sources to generate leads.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients.
Qualify leads and prioritize follow-up based on the likelihood of conversion.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads.
Connect with prospects and initiate conversations.
Share relevant content and engage with prospects to build relationships.
Upwork Bidding:
Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork to secure new clients.
Craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
Actively manage bids and communications to win projects.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand clients' needs and communicate them to the team for effective solutions.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
Required Fresh Graduates
Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales and marketing tools.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with Upwork bidding and online project platforms is a plus.
