Description:
As a Multi-Faceted Sales Specialist for Creative Services, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships to secure projects in various creative domains including graphics designing, branding, digital marketing, web development, photography, video editing, video production, and event management. Your role will involve understanding client needs, tailoring proposals, and consistently achieving monthly project targets. You will be a key driver in expanding our creative service offerings and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their creative needs.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their objectives and propose solutions that align with their requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and market demands to spot new business opportunities.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our creative services to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal creative teams to create compelling project plans and estimates.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully closing a minimum of seven projects across the designated creative service areas.
- Maintain a proactive approach to sales, consistently seeking opportunities for growth.
- Engage in negotiations to finalize project terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
- Secure signed contracts and necessary documentation to initiate project execution.
- Maintain clear communication channels to relay client requirements accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to creative services.
- Leverage market insights to tailor sales strategies and positioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field .
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the creative services industry.
- Strong understanding of graphics designing, branding, digital marketing, web development, photography, video editing, video production, and event management concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
