Business Development Executive

 

Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and generating new leads for our services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales goals through strategic plans
  • Generate leads, identify revenue opportunities
  • Foster client relationships, attend networking events
  • Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies
  • Maintain sales documentation, assist with marketing
  • Collaborate on sales goals, support team
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • Sales team management experience
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Qualification:

  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have 1-2 years of Upwork Bidding experience
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in CRM or Enterprise software development is a plus
