Responsibilities
· Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
· Target driven telesales.
· Contacts potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
· Answer questions about products or the company.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the active listening ability.
· Respond promptly to customer queries.
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Call center experience would be preferred.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· CRM experience is preferred
