Business Development Executive

We at EvolveDash are looking for a business development associate to generate and manage quality leads with a great sense of enthusiasm and commitment. As a business development associate, you will be responsible for developing and managing leads, communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Closing sales and meeting targets within time will be your ultimate goal.

To be successful in your job role, being persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals will be integral. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times. Responsibilitie

• Identifying target audience and prospective clients to grow our email list
• Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
• Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Designing and implementing email marketing and lead generation strategies
• Crafting email templates and business proposals
• Upgrading email templates using personalization and and other features
• Creating email databases for lead generation
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention
• Participating networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
• Proofreading emails for spelling, grammar, clarity and punctuation
• Analyzing lead generation and email marketing efforts and suggest improvements
• Answering potential clients’ questions and sending additional information per email
• Reviewing client’s feedback and incorporating it to make necessary changes

Education/Experience/Skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identify pain points and suggesting solutions
• Experience with creating and delivering newsletters
• Excellent sales, written and verbal skills
• Understanding of CRM is a huge plus
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field
