-Bidding and sending proposals on different platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc. - specifically on graphics designing and web development-related projects.

-Understanding clients’ needs and sending proposals to existing and potential clients.

-Generating leads, drafting proposals, positively interacting and negotiating with clients, and successfully closing sales deals.

-Getting projects by maintaining consistent communication with existing and potential clients.

-Actively collaborating and planning with management to develop new strategies for achieving short- and long-term sales goals.

Requirements:

-Minimum “A levels” or fresh graduates

-Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

-Ability to handle the pressure of sales target

-Ability to maintain a high rating on all bidding platforms

-Must be capable of converting prospects to customers/clients
