MDT Solution is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team immediately. This is an onsite position based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, offering significant opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and results-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, freelancing platforms, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Outreach:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation.

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients to expand business opportunities.

Freelancing Platform Management:

  • Manage and grow business on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

  • Optimize profiles, craft compelling proposals, and secure high-value deals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement effective client outreach strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales & CRM Optimization:

  • Maintain and optimize CRM tools for efficient sales tracking.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Business Growth:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance business development efforts.
