Description:
The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research International clients through various channels
- New business development: identify, qualify, and onboard new clients in Middle East and Europe
- Client Outreach, follow ups and complete client acquisition using following channels:
- Instagram dms
- LinkedIn in-mails
- Cold calling
- Upwork
- Email Marketing
- Upwork Proposals
- Other Sales Channels
- Lead Nurturing:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Actively bid on projects across freelance platforms such as Upwork etc.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Present Eminent Marketing’s services and solutions in a compelling and tailored manner to potential clients.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Be up to date on latest sales strategies in the market
- Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on business development activities, leads, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, client interactions, and sales processes effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong Cold Calling skills and a smooth accent
- Confident in verbal and written English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly Facebook and Google ads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3-6 months experience in Business Development
- Comfortable working in a remote setting.
