The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and supporting the overall business development strategy. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Line Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
