Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team and drive our business expansion efforts. This role requires a candidate with a strong skill set in Business Development Strategy Planning and Execution, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to onboard new clients effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our business growth strategy and should also have expertise in various marketing and outreach methods.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

• Formulate and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of business development professionals.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and build relationships with potential clients.

• Manage the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our products or services.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Leverage expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing to enhance our online presence.

• Integrate Digital Presence strategies into business development efforts.

• Execute Email, Text, and Cold Call Business Development Marketing campaigns to generate leads and foster client relationships.

• Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance.

 

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development.

• Proven experience in Business Development Strategy Planning and Execution.

• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant field from a recognized university.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to identify and capture business opportunities.

• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
