Business Development Associate

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, presentation/proposal creation, and effective communication. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring that sales goals are met.

 

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads, clients, and partnership opportunities within the Pakistani beauty industry.

• Utilize various platforms and tools to source, qualify, and nurture leads towards successful connections.

• Initiate outreach and build relationships with potential clients or partners via phone, email, and social media channels.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and engagement.

• Track and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and interactions using CRM software or spreadsheets.

• Crafting compelling pitches or proposals to effectively communicate our value propositions to potential clients.

• Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and their impact on business growth.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in business development, sales, or lead generation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with the beauty industry or a keen interest in skincare, body care, or hair care products.

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to meet lead generation targets.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and social media platforms for lead generation.
