Role Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and creating effective presentations. This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in BBA/MBA or BSCS or equivalent.

• Experience of 6 months to 1 Year in a Business Development role.

• Experience with IT services and technologies.

• Experience in Lead generation through multiple platforms i:e Linkedin, Upwork etc.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.

Responsibilities

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

• Keep prospective client database updated.

• Leads pipeline management.

• Manage and run outbound lead generation platforms.

• Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.

• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

• Working with senior team members to grow the business development department.

• Meeting Quarterly targets.

• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

• Preparing pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

• Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators.
