Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective opportunities and determine the viability of the project(s)
• Performs analysis of RFP / REOI documents to assess requirements and prepare questions for clarifications sent to the client.
• Provide leadership and coordinate the development and preparation of major Proposals, Expression of Interests, Presentations, and other Business Development materials.
• Develop detailed qualification criteria and a schedule outlining the proposal preparation process including timelines.
• Responsible for writing & adhering to standards for technical and non‐technical portions of the proposal
• Coordinate with the BD Team, Partners, and Client throughout the process development process for any changes in prepared plan
• Serve as the primary point of contact to all team members (internal and external) for questions related to the assigned project
• Responsible for having a thorough understanding of all requirements related to the EOI and RFP documents assigned by the BD Head.
• Responsible for quality review of the final printed proposal documents and performing a detailed compliance check against the RFP requirements to ensure the submission is of high quality, and accurate.
• Deliver compliant & professionally produced proposals with strict timelines.
• Identifies any potential problems that may arise during the proposal development process and develop effective solutions.
• Follow‐up with Client after the submission of EOI / RFP documents.
• Attend Pre‐bid meetings, Financial Bid Openings, Partnership Meetings, etc.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local & foreign partners and maintain partner database.
• Maintain & monitor BD presentations, charts/graphs, PDS, letters, and other documents.
• Assist in keeping all documents, including PDS updated as per the latest company information
• Other tasks as assigned
