This role requires multiple skill sets as it encompasses different aspects. The reason these have been brought under one role is to keep a diversity in the tasks that the resource will perform and also to help contribute to a company that is still in the growth phase; a key aspect of our agile working model. Candidate Pre-requisite

• Prior experience(5-8 years) in similar role; demonstrated business development and client engagement skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and working in a remote environment with multicultural teams
• Excellent people management skills with all levels of hierarchy and personnel
• Passionate about the Development and Impact sector growth in Africa, Asia and beyond
• Self-starter, not looking to be pushed, but pushing others to do more and do better.
• Aptitude to work in a start-up-like environment where one can be asked to handle A to Z of any task.
• Fast learner and proactive with ideas to implement, and solutions to solve our challenges.
• Is a team player, but holds the ability to work independently, remotely, and efficiently.
• Willingness to adopt a flexible work schedule.
• Possesses good time and stress management skills; works under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to take constructive criticism in a positive light and use it for self-motivation / development.
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and research skills (primary and secondary), intellectual curiosity, and passion for the social and development sector.
