Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Developer with a background in recruiting and staffing, along with at least one year of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of recruitment processes to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and creating strategies to expand our recruiting and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify potential clients within the recruiting and staffing industry through networking, market research, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare compelling presentations showcasing our company's unique value proposition in recruitment solutions.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
Establish strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels by addressing concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends in the recruiting sector.
Develop innovative business strategies based on industry insights.
Provide recommendations on best practices for enhancing service offerings.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
Partner with marketing teams on promotional materials that support business goals.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of experience in sales within any industry (recruiting/staffing preferred).
Proven ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients across various industries.
Excellent communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively over phone calls/meetings/presentations.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment technologies can be advantageous but is not required at this stage.
A basic understanding of workforce planning models or temporary staffing services would be beneficial for deeper client engagement.
