Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with proven expertise on Upwork and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation, client acquisition, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients on Upwork and LinkedIn.
Create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience on Upwork and LinkedIn as a Business Developer.
Strong understanding of sales and client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
