The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and expanding our client base. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies. Generate leads, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts that align with company goals and client requirements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Generate new business via online freelancing platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in sales strategy, market research, CRM software, negotiation, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Prior experience in a software house or IT firm is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
