E1SOL is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the field of Web Development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This position will primarily focus on managing our profiles on Upwork and other freelance platforms, as well as leveraging LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Profile Management: Take ownership of our profiles on Upwork and other relevant freelance platforms. Ensure profiles are up-to-date, professional, and optimized to attract potential clients.
- Business Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork, freelance platforms, and LinkedIn. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and secure new projects.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with potential clients through platform messaging systems, emails, and other channels to understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and effectively showcase our services.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare persuasive and customized proposals in response to client requests, highlighting our company's unique value proposition, skills, and expertise.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential areas for business growth and develop targeted strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to profile visibility, proposal success rate, client conversion, and revenue generation. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize results and achieve targets.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal team, including project managers, designers, and developers, to ensure effective project execution and delivery to clients
