In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Upwork platform to bid on new projects, craft tailored proposals, and establish strong relationships with clients to secure ongoing work and long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining clear and open communication with clients at every stage of the project. You will be expected to meet and exceed revenue and project acquisition targets, and to contribute towards the overall growth and expansion of the company’s Upwork presence. With a proven track record of success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company consistently attracts top-tier clients and projects through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on new projects on Upwork to secure business opportunities and new clients.
• Developing compelling, customized proposals that align with client needs and project requirements.
• Managing client relationships from initial engagement to project completion, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Consistently meeting and surpassing set business and revenue targets.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and expanding client portfolios on Upwork.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s bidding process and platform, with a proven track record of successful project acquisitions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in developing customized proposals, managing client expectations, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed business and revenue targets.
