#Visionerds are seeking a proactive and driven #JuniorBusinessDeveloper to join our team with 1+ year experience. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of business development processes and some experience with email marketing. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help us expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and email outreach.
- Utilize your exceptional email communication skills to initiate and nurture connections with potential clients, crafting compelling and engaging outreach campaigns.
- Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries, cultivating and sustaining a strong professional network.
- Generate and qualify leads by combining research, market analysis, networking, and data sourcing to maintain a steady flow of potential clients.
- Manage the entire appointment-setting process, coordinating and scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and projects, keeping track of communication and project statuses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
