Join our team as an Upwork Bidder and contribute to business growth by leveraging your expertise in bidding and proposal submission. You will play a key role in securing projects and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate sales for our web development, software development, and design services.
- Manage new Upwork profiles, optimising them to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients globally, understanding their project needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Draft and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring a high proposal win rate.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project details and negotiate project terms.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to client enquiries and proposals.
- Track and manage bidding activities, maintain a high response rate, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive platforms to optimise bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bidding on freelance platforms (mostly Upwork).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage and grow new profiles on Upwork.
- A bachelor's degree in related fields is preferred.
- Good understanding of web development (WordPress, Shopify, front-end, back-end, CMS) to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
