Description:

Join our team as an Upwork Bidder and contribute to business growth by leveraging your expertise in bidding and proposal submission. You will play a key role in securing projects and nurturing client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate sales for our web development, software development, and design services.
  • Manage new Upwork profiles, optimising them to attract potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients globally, understanding their project needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Draft and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring a high proposal win rate.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project details and negotiate project terms.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to client enquiries and proposals.
  • Track and manage bidding activities, maintain a high response rate, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive platforms to optimise bidding strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bidding on freelance platforms (mostly Upwork).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow new profiles on Upwork.
  • A bachelor's degree in related fields is preferred.
  • Good understanding of web development (WordPress, Shopify, front-end, back-end, CMS) to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can also work independently when required.
