Co-Ventech is currently looking to bring onboard some skilled Bidders and Business Development professionals for the night shift, starting from 6 PM onwards. If you have the relevant experience and a strong skillset, I'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Craft well-researched and persuasive bid proposals for software development projects to secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
• Engage with customers via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to generate leads and provide product information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Proven 1+ years' of experience in sales bidding, preferably within the software development industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
