**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
- Actively bid on projects across freelance platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for bidding and client acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets (related to Web development).
- Experience in bidding and winning projects on freelance platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
