𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Software developement industry.

- Must have strong portfolio to showcase your expertise.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Research and identify potential clients in the target market and utilize various channels.

- Craft interesting proposals, pitches, and bids to win projects and contracts on Upwork.

- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide accurate proposals.

- Strategize and implement approaches to optimize our presence and performance on Upwork.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on emerging trends.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the Upwork platform.

- Strong understanding of Upwork's functionalities and algorithms.

- Must have experience with other platforms other then Upwork / Fiverr.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients effectively.

- Ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients.

- A track record of securing projects and achieving sales targets.
