Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer (Bidder) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process on platforms including Fiverr, Shopify, and Bark. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of securing projects and have excellent communication skills to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finding and qualifying new sales leads & create a sales pipeline.
- Presenting Web Design & Web Development solutions to potential clients.
- Strong proposal writing and business proposal drafting skills.
- Experience with the business development process and implementing sales strategies
- Manage the entire bid cycle, from bidding to project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and discuss project terms.
- Acquiring new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal submission, and securing permanent contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Stay up-to-date of market trends and opportunities to identify new project opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate in a relevant field.
- 1+ year experience in business development (Bidding) on freelance platforms.
- Time Management and planning skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into successful projects
- Knowledge of Fiverr, Shopify, and Bark platforms and experience using them.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
