Description:
We have multiple positions available for highly skilled Power BI Analysts with a finance background. The ideal candidates will have experience working with business statistics and reporting, with the ability to identify key performance measures for a growing business. A background in the fashion apparel industry is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
- Utilize Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable reports.
- Analyze business statistics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis:
- Interpret financial data and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and develop financial models.
- Provide detailed analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Strategic Planning:
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to track and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Data Integrity & Management:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure robust data governance and security.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide training on BI tools and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in the fashion apparel industry is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
