Activ8 Games is seeking a motivated and proactive Business & Client Services Executive to join our growing team. As a Business & Client Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

You will be working closely with our clients and partners; reaching out and connecting with L&D and HR teams, learning their needs and priorities and demonstrating how our products align with those needs.

You will work directly with our leadership team, being mentored and learning as you go.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate to drive sales and marketing and identify new business opportunities
• Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling additional services.
• Develop custom content and outsource the development of content for client deployments and our products.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.

• 1-3 years of experience in professional working environment
