Description:
We are looking for an experienced MS 365 Business Central Specialist with expertise in CRM, SCM (Supply Chain Management), and Finance Modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Business Central solutions to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement and configure MS 365 Business Central with a focus on CRM, SCM, and Finance modules.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
✔ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Business Central applications.
✔ Customize and integrate Business Central with other business applications.
✔ Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve process automation.
✔ Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure smooth system adoption.
✔ Stay updated on the latest updates and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience working with MS 365 Business Central (CRM, SCM, and Finance modules).
✔ Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain, finance, and customer management.
✔ Experience with customization, integration, and troubleshooting in Business Central.
✔ Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
