Business Analyst And Account Manager

 

Description:

• Account Management:

o Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and act as the main point of contact.

o Clearly understand and document client requirements, ensuring they are communicated effectively to the internal team.

o Proactively troubleshoot issues with the SaaS product, addressing client concerns promptly and efficiently.

o Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements.

o Work closely with the development team to prioritize and fulfill client development requests.

• Data Analysis:

o Collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness

o Implement data cleaning processes to maintain high-quality datasets for analysis.

o Apply statistical techniques to analyses data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.

o Extract meaningful insights from the data to support decision-making processes.

 

Job Requirement

 

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Statistics

• Excellent Presentation and communication skills.

• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

• Ability to work in a team
