Business Analyst

Description:

The Business Analyst will assume an active role in software delivery and implementation processes until deployment to the Client. The delivery and implementation process includes requirements analysis, design, configuration, software certification. You will play a crucial role in the preparation and development of both functional and technical specifications and should be delivery-focused with a strong technical and Agile background.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Gathering, understanding, and communicating the business requirements and translating these into functional/technical specifications and detailed test plans

• Customer requirements analysis and effort estimations, participate in client workshops

• Provide the link between the project team, customer (internal or external), development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle

• Business support to delivery teams throughout the entire software implementation process and after

• Focal point for customers and internal teams’ services

• Provide accurate and consistent statuses and reporting on different levels

• Deep knowledge of Codebase Technologies software delivery and implementation procedures and relevant methodologies

• Involvement in the projects, throughout the development and implementation lifecycle, to ensure the actual implementation meets the requirements

• Writing internal How-to guides, training materials, and end-user documentation
