Business Analyst

Description:

This is a full-time role for a Business Analyst (1 Year) at Viral Square located in Lahore. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying problems and opportunities, and providing strategic solutions to improve efficiency and overall performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, conduct gap analyses, and create functional specifications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement
• Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
