- Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; assist in the evaluation of business processes while working on the areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
- Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Performing requirement analysis.
- Clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Assist in the assessment of business process and system inefficiencies.
- Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress.
- Work closely and regularly with project team to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Participate in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- At least bachelors
