Business Analyst

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst (3 years) at Viral Square located in Lahore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and providing recommendations for process improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with requirement gathering, process documentation, and process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
