iCore Business Solution is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in both business and financial analysis to be part of our team and drive our consultancy services forward.

Job Responsibilities

· Analyze and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

· Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to capture requirements and deliver detailed functional specifications.

· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technological solutions align with business objectives.

· Monitor project progress through activity tracking, problem resolution, progress reports, and actionable recommendations.

· Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business and financial data.

· Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.

· Conduct financial analysis and develop comprehensive reports.

· Assess market trends and financial data to provide strategic advice for business decisions.

· Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks.

Who are we looking for

· Master’s degree in business administration or finance

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consultancy environment.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data.

· Excellent reporting and analytics skills with proficiency in working on analytical tools and software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in analytical tools and software.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
