Duties and Responsibilities:

1)- Analyze and explore software applications, gather and evaluate user requirements, and collaborate with the product/project manager.

2)- Research tools and technologies to identify the technical details of the underdevelopment software.

3)- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

4)- Preparing Technical reports related to development.

5)- Analyze the business processes and needs for the understanding of software development processes.

6) Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1)- 1-3 Years of working experience in Software Documentation.

2)- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (CS/SE/IT).

3)- Professional-level interpersonal and communication skills

4)- Ability to discuss and explain the technical documents to the stakeholders

5)- Knowledge of MS Visio, MS Word, and Trello.

6)- Knowledge of Software Development Processes and Agile Methodology.
