Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed functional requirements and development artifacts such as workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and/or wire-
• Develop and run test scripts for clients to validate business.
• Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD), SSD and FSD.
• Assist development teams as they translate business requirements into software-specific requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Be an interface between technology teams, service/support teams, and business
• Continue to provide support to the project at all stages with the objective of maintaining continuity of all information and quality of the final
• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Oversee all aspects of Project Lifecycle from requirements to testing and preparing go-Live runbooks, must have awareness of Agile projects and Jira.
• Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
• Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.

• Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
• Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
