Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Skills:
  • Strong SQL expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fintech industry preferred.
• Shift Timings: 3 PM - 12 AM (Canadian Time)
