Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive specializing in Email Marketing to drive our lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that convert prospects into customers. You must be data-driven, creative, and knowledgeable in using the latest email marketing tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
- Build, manage, and segment email lists to ensure targeted outreach and high deliverability rates.
- Craft compelling email content, including subject lines, CTAs, and body copy, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, timing, and design elements.
- Analyze email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; report insights and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Manage email automation workflows for lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and re-engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain list hygiene.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business goals.
- Track and report ROI of email marketing campaigns and continuously identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in email marketing, particularly for B2B lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Experience with list segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization techniques.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, value-driven messaging.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of key email marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and list hygiene management.
- Basic design skills and experience using HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
