This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand & Social Media Enthusiast at Datics AI in Lahore. The role involves developing brand strategies, managing brand communication, overseeing brand development and sales, and maintaining brand management. The position also includes social media management and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that align with our product vision and company values.
- Manage social media accounts (Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and schedule content that reflects our brand voice, including engaging posts, articles, and visuals.
- Use digital design tools (like Canva) to create simple, visually appealing graphics that match our brand identity.
- Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT) to help with content creation and image generation tools for visual storytelling.
- Keep up with social media trends and AI-related topics to keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and joining conversations to foster a positive brand image.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic insights for future content improvements.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Assist in organizing brand events and campaigns to boost our social media presence.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in brand management and social media (internships and freelance work count!).
- Basic proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating simple graphics.
- Some experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and image generation.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence to work well with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, including experience in organizing events or campaigns during college.
- A creative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
