Brand Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a Brand Manager who is passionate about building and managing brands, staying ahead of market trends, and engaging audiences through social media. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing our social media accounts, and ensuring our brand remains relevant and impactful in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to boost awareness and loyalty.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for consistent branding.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products/events.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency and alignment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in brand management, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
