Key Responsibilities:

· Brand Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies tailored to each client's objectives. Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.

· Market Research:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand positioning.

· Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.

· Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, visuals, and promotional materials. Provide clear briefs, feedback, and direction to ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.

· Client Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Regularly communicate progress, gather feedback, and provide strategic recommendations to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction.

· Performance Tracking:

Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs. Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies and enhance brand effectiveness.

· Brand Guidelines:

Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Educate internal teams and clients on brand standards to uphold brand integrity.

· Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Encourage professional development and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.

· Additional Duties:

Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the superior. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing software.
