Brand Manager

 

Description:

We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our brand strategy across various channels. You'll work closely with designers, ad agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

 

Strategic Planning:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligning with business objectives.

2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform branding decisions.

Brand Management:

1. Maintain and evolve the brand identity (logo, typography, color palette, tone of voice).

2. Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints (website, social media, advertising, events).

3. Manage brand guidelines and enforce adherence.

Collaboration & Communication:

1. Liaise with designers, ad agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding.

2. Conduct regular meetings with teams to discuss progress, provide updates, and align objectives.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for branding-related queries.

Marketing & Advertising:

1. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.

2. Collaborate with ad agencies to create engaging ad content.

3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies.

Content Creation:

1. Oversee content development (blog posts, social media, email newsletters).

2. Ensure consistent tone, voice, and quality across all content.

Performance Analysis:

1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health.

2. Analyze data to inform future branding decisions.

Administrative Tasks:

1. Manage budgets for branding initiatives.

2. Coordinate events, product launches, and trade shows.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in Brand Management, Paid Social Ads, and Video Creative.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
  • Community Management, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
